These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Subscriptions and Billing

The Opus Ledger Toolkit is sold as a monthly subscription billed at the price displayed at the time of purchase. Your subscription will renew automatically each month until cancelled.

Digital Downloads

One-off digital purchases are delivered immediately on payment. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded, except where required by law.

Use of AI Tools

The Prompt Architect and any other AI-powered tools within the Opus Ledger Toolkit are provided for personal, non-commercial use only unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual Property

All content produced by Opus Ledger, including guides, videos, tools, frameworks, and website copy, is the intellectual property of J. D. Fulford trading as Opus Ledger.

You may use purchased content for your own personal or professional development. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share purchased content with others without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Opus Ledger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our products, tools, or content.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our tools or services. Third-party services we rely on, including Dify, Google Gemini, Payhip, and Netlify, may experience downtime outside our control.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update. We will notify subscribers of material changes by email before they take effect. Continued use of Opus Ledger products after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
