About These Terms

By purchasing a product or subscribing to the Opus Ledger Toolkit, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase. If you do not agree, do not proceed with your purchase.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Our Products and Services

Opus Ledger offers the following:

• Digital guides and downloads — educational PDF guides sold as one-off purchases via Payhip
• Toolkit membership — a recurring monthly subscription providing access to AI-powered tools and digital guides
• Free resources — educational content available without charge

All content produced by Opus Ledger is general educational information only. It is not personal financial advice. Nothing on this site or within any Opus Ledger product should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial product or investment.

Subscriptions and Billing

The Opus Ledger Toolkit is sold as a monthly subscription billed at the price displayed at the time of purchase. Your subscription will renew automatically each month until cancelled.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Payhip account
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to member content until that date
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods already paid
• Prices may increase over time. We will notify existing subscribers before any price change takes effect. Beta members who joined at the launch rate will be given at least 30 days notice before any price change applies to their account

Digital Downloads

One-off digital purchases are delivered immediately on payment. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded, except where required by law.

Use of AI Tools

The Prompt Architect and any other AI-powered tools within the Opus Ledger Toolkit are provided for personal, non-commercial use only unless otherwise stated.

• The tools are powered by third-party AI providers including Google Gemini. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs
• You are responsible for how you use any prompts or outputs generated by the tools
• Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential business data, or anything you would not want processed by a third-party AI service
• We reserve the right to suspend access to any user who misuses the tools, including attempts to circumvent content moderation or generate harmful content

Intellectual Property

All content produced by Opus Ledger, including guides, videos, tools, frameworks, and website copy, is the intellectual property of J. D. Fulford trading as Opus Ledger.

You may use purchased content for your own personal or professional development. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share purchased content with others without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Opus Ledger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our products, tools, or content.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our tools or services. Third-party services we rely on, including Dify, Google Gemini, Payhip, and Netlify, may experience downtime outside our control.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update. We will notify subscribers of material changes by email before they take effect. Continued use of Opus Ledger products after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
