Opus Ledger is operated by J. D. Fulford, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. We produce educational content, digital guides, and AI-powered tools covering personal finance, artificial intelligence, and business fundamentals.

What Data We Collect
We collect data in the following ways:
- Purchase and account data: When you purchase a product or subscribe to the Opus Ledger Toolkit, Payhip collects your name, email address, payment details, and country. We receive your name and email address from Payhip to fulfil your order and provide member access.
- Tool usage data: When you use the Prompt Architect tool, your conversation input and the tool's responses are processed by Dify (the tool hosting platform) and Google Gemini API. We do not directly store your conversation content, but these third-party services may retain it in accordance with their own privacy policies.
- Website data: Our website is hosted on Netlify, which may collect standard server logs including IP addresses and browser information for operational purposes.
How We Use Your Data
We use the data we collect to:
- Fulfil your purchase and provide access to products and tools you have paid for
- Send you transactional emails relating to your order or membership
- Respond to support requests or queries you send to us
- Monitor tool usage to manage costs and prevent abuse
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
Third-Party Services
Opus Ledger relies on the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy:
- Payhip — payment processing and membership management. See Payhip Privacy Policy.
- Dify — AI tool hosting platform. Conversation data submitted to our tools is processed by Dify. See Dify Privacy Policy.
- Google Gemini API — AI model powering the Prompt Architect tool. Inputs submitted to the tool are processed by Google. API data is not used to train Google's models by default. See Google Privacy Policy.
- Netlify — website hosting. See Netlify Privacy Policy.
Your Rights Under UK GDPR
If you are based in the United Kingdom, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- The right to access the personal data we hold about you
- The right to correct inaccurate data
- The right to request deletion of your data
- The right to object to or restrict how we process your data
- The right to data portability

Data Retention
We retain your name and email address for as long as you are a customer or subscriber. If you cancel your subscription and request deletion of your data, we will remove your information from our records within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations to retain it.

Our website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Payhip and Netlify may set functional cookies necessary for their services to operate. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics tools on our website.
